Opportunity for Administrative and HR Assistants
Most administrative assistant duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes handling internal issues, taking memos and maintaining important files in a manageable fashion. Planning events like board meetings and luncheons are also the responsibility of administrative assistants. Admin assistants may also help office members with documentation. This position is a mix of administrative duties and human resources as well. You will be assisting the HR department in finding candidates, organizing information, contacting and interviewing people. As things progress, you will also be fundamental in helping new team members transition into the company and creating a positive environment for people to work in.
The work is to be performed at our office in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.
